HOW LONG DOES WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
All orders are collected by our courier within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders are processed throughout each working day (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends, bank holidays, and Post-Office hours. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ‘Complete’ when your order has been processed ready for collection by our courier, followed by your tracking information on the day that your order is being shipped out. Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES AND SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR CUSTOM CHARGES?
Unfortunately, taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you. Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Seandiin and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost and are not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may occur during the journey of your order.

If a change of address is made directly with our courier service, Seandiin will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered goods.
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed prior to your order being shipped, please contact shopseandiin@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number and the new full shipping address. Please also ensure your contact information is correct at the checkout to be able to receive your parcel tracking information. If you believe this to have been inputted incorrectly after payment has been successful, please E-Mail us to amend this for you.
If an error such as an incomplete address is made during the input of your order in the checkout process, Seandiin has the right to charge a fee to create a shipping label for all United States orders in the circumstance of a parcel requiring to be re-shipped.
Shipping charges on all orders for United States is non-refundable. Seandiin cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit, nor is Seandiin responsible for any parcel delays outside of the advised time frames. Any issues regarding this must be taken up with the courier/local depot.
